Context

The entire energy-utility industry is being challenged to revisit its practices and reroute its strategy. The energy transition is no longer a looming potential but an overarching megatrend requiring new approaches, flexibility, and creativity from usually traditional industries.

Our Role

We assisted our client in this journey: from analyzing their current product and service portfolio and its market to forecasting of macro shifts impacting their day-to-day business within 5 years. We helped them understand how to build a more flexible and resilient product portfolio and invited some of the best experts in the European energy industry to challenge/validate assumptions.
